Our aim is to empower emerging and established businesses by offering high-quality Indian ethnic wear at competitive wholesale rates.

Please review the following general terms and conditions carefully before submitting your wholesale enquiry.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Business Verification
  • Buyers must provide valid proof of business at the time of registration.
  • Accepted documents include GST registration, trade license, or official business proof.
2. Product Selection
  • After verification, buyers may select products directly from our website.
  • Orders can also be placed via email or WhatsApp by sharing product SKUs.
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
  • The first order must consist of a minimum of 20 products.
  • Subsequent orders may have lower quantities subject to approval.
4. Pricing & Payment
  • All wholesale prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping charges will be added to the final invoice.
  • Full payment is required before dispatch.
  • Payment methods: Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal (international).
5. Shipping & Delivery
  • We partner with trusted logistics providers such as DHL and Blue Dart.
  • All orders are shipped with tracking and insured transit where applicable.
6. Quality Assurance
  • Each product undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch.
  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours with supporting images/videos.
7. Returns & Exchanges
  • Wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Approved claims will be resolved through replacement or store credit.
8. Custom Orders
  • Custom colors, sizes, and designs can be produced subject to MOQ and lead time.
9. Lead Time
  • Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days.
  • Custom orders require additional production time.
